The Process

1. Using a scanner, you send your case to Vericore via the internet. We also accept actual models which we will scan here.
2. Each individual case is checked, surveyed, and placed in the appropriate block size and milled.
3. Our state-of-the-art software automatically determines the ideal cutting strategies which can be a combination of single units and bridges.
4. Restoration is placed into a sintering furnace.
5. Once completed, every case is checked under a microscope and fiber optic light ensuring there are no micro-cracks.
6. Products are placed into specially designed packaging with a packing Slip including your ID and batch numbers providing full traceability.

Milling
